Per bend Azure and Argent, a fleur-de-lis counterchanged over all a bend halved, the parting line parallel to edges of the ordinary of the second (Argent) and of the first (Azure) charged with three axes paleways counterchanged.
Crest
That for the regiments and separate battalions of the United States Army Reserve: On a wreath of the colors Argent and Azure, the Lexington Minute Man Proper. The statue of the Minute Man, Captain John Parker (H.H. Kitson, sculptor) stands on the Common in Lexington, Massachusetts.

The shield is blue and white for Infantry. The fleur-de-lis represents the service in France and the axe is the shoulder sleeve insignia of the 84th Division.

The crest is that of the United States Army Reserve.
The coat of arms was originally approved for the 334th Infantry Regiment, Organized Reserves on 19 March 1925. It was redesignated for the 334th Regiment, Army Reserve on 3 August 1960.
